Scheimpflug 3D Anterior Segment Analyzer MediWorks Scansys TA517

Manufacturer: MediWorks, China

Description:
Scansys TA517 is a rotating Scheimpflug-camera 3D anterior segment analyser. A single scan generates 28, 60 or 100 ultra-high-definition images, yielding 107,520 to 384,000 data analysis points. Application modules cover refractive surgery, refractive cataract surgery, contact lens fitting, glaucoma screening and ICRS planning.

Application:
Pre- and post-operative diagnostics in corneal refractive surgery: keratoconus detection and grading (Refractive 4 Maps, probability and Grade 0–IV), Fourier analysis and treatment planning. In cataract surgery — total corneal power and astigmatism, spherical aberration, kappa and alpha angles, lens densitometry and IOL calculation; ICL sizing with postoperative vault prediction.
