The MR Q supine is the only Nd:YAG laser designed for the operating room and for treating patients in a supine position. Ergonomic 0–210° tiltable Haag-Streit binoculars let the surgeon work comfortably over a lying patient, and electronic safety controls with 4-pin keypad access restrict use to authorised staff.

Application:
Posterior capsulotomy and iridotomy for patients who cannot be seated at a slit lamp — in the operating room and for bedridden or mobility-limited patients.
